This Month's Tips & Tricks for Brownie Baking Success
To ensure great brownies every time, here are a couple tips for cookie baking success:
- When baking brownies, be careful not to overbake them or the edges will be hard and dry.
- Be sure to use the correct size pan when baking brownies and bar cookies to prevent over- or under-baking them. The 3 most common pan sizes are 8x8, 9x9 and 9x13.
