Get Your Recipes Organized This Year!

One of my goals in 2010 is to get my recipes organized, so I have been on the lookout for the perfect recipe organizer and I think I have finally found it!

Check out this Gorgeous Recipe Binder from Gibson. It is a 3 ring binder designed to hold both 5x7 cards and 8 1/2 x 11 sheets and even has a tie-clasp storage envelope to keep recipes before filing.

I can hardly wait to begin my recipe organization project. This binder would make a great gift too!

Do you have a tip for keeping your recipes organized? I hope you will share it with us at Best Ever Cookie Collection. We are looking for your suggestions to help create a new section for our Cookie website.

To ensure great brownies every time, here are a couple tips for cookie baking success:

  • When baking brownies, be careful not to overbake them or the edges will be hard and dry.
  • Be sure to use the correct size pan when baking brownies and bar cookies to prevent over- or under-baking them. The 3 most common pan sizes are 8x8, 9x9 and 9x13.
