Quick and Easy Blonde Brownies Recipe

Bar cookies are the easiest thing in the world to make and this blonde brownies recipe is no exception.

Just stir a few basic ingredients together in a bowl, pour the batter into a baking pan and pop in the oven.

Blonde BrowniesThis blonde brownies recipe can be personalized with the addition(s) of your choice - butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, etc.

The flavor combinations for these blonde brownies are limited only by your imagination!

I sometimes bake them in a 9-inch round pie dish and serve wedges a la mode for dessert.

Testimonials

"I have been researching and trying a number of recipes to make a healthy cookie similar to one that our Gym coffee shop sells for $3.50! This particular recipe was adapted so instead of bars I made thick round cookies and cooked them just underdone so they were soft and chewy. They were a hit with all the girls. Thanks for the great recipe."
