Cathedral Window No Bake Chocolate Cookies
These quick and easy no bake chocolate cookies showed up regularly on holiday cookie trays back when I was a kid. I knew them as cathedral windows or stained glass cookies since that was what Mom called them. Mom clipped the recipe for these easy chocolate no bake cookies from the back of a bag of multi-colored mini marshmallows decades ago and pulled it out for me recently so I could include it here. The official recipe on the bag of marshmallows was called chocolate marshmallow logs, not nearly as descriptive as what we knew them as. When the logs are sliced, the mulit-colored marshmallows take on the mosaic appearance of stained glass. Do you remember these Cathedral Window No Bake Chocolate Cookies from when you were a kid? Why not take a little trip down memory lane and whip up a batch this holiday season? Cathedral Window No Bake Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Testimonials"I have been researching and trying a number of recipes to make a healthy cookie similar to one that our Gym coffee shop sells for $3.50! This particular recipe was adapted so instead of bars I made thick round cookies and cooked them just underdone so they were soft and chewy. They were a hit with all the girls. Thanks for the great recipe." |
