An Easy Recipe For No Bake Chocolate Marshmallow Bars!

Rich and chewy, crisp, and gooey is one way to describe these delicious chocolate cookies.

No bake chocolate marshmallow bars have been a favorite cookie recipe since the first time we made them.

If you are like me and have learned to always have a stash of baking chips and reserve bag of miniature marshmallows in your baking cupboard, you can stir together these luscious no bake chocolate marshmallow bars on a moments notice.

My family thinks the most difficult part of these cookie bars is allowing them 30 minutes in the refrigerator to get firm and I would have to agree!
