Cranberry Cream Cheese Bars

The cranberry sauce in these Cranberry Cream Cheese Bars will add a festive color to your dessert table.

And these easy bars also make great homemade holiday gifts!

The whole berry cranberry sauce adds a nice and subtle tangy and sweet taste, which make them the perfect treat for both Thanksgiving and Christmas.

All the ingredients can be prepared in about 15 minutes, but these bars need to be baked twice.

The first bake time is only 20 minutes and it's for the bottom crust only while the second baking contains all the ingredients. So plan accordingly.

Testimonials

"I have been researching and trying a number of recipes to make a healthy cookie similar to one that our Gym coffee shop sells for $3.50! This particular recipe was adapted so instead of bars I made thick round cookies and cooked them just underdone so they were soft and chewy. They were a hit with all the girls. Thanks for the great recipe."
